Hey, it's Scott from hypnothoughts Live. We're going to go through a whole bunch of things especially related to pre and post conference. So please pay attention to that. But before I do that, I want to say Happy Thanksgiving to all of you because actually I was just in California. I went home to California, see friends and family and all that. Brought the camera, brought the tripod, brought the mic, planned the video, shot the video, didn't edit or upload the video but it said how grateful and thankful Stephanie and I for all of you guys and the support you give us. And I meant it then and I mean it now. So thank you all. And if you had a, if you celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you had a great Thanksgiving. And if you don't celebrate Thanksgiving, I hope you had a great Thursday afternoon.
Pre and post conference Every year we experiment with different aspects of the conference and this year one of the things we experimented with was pre and post conference. We did last year as well. Last year we did, we selected the people, we didn't have applications, we invited people. We've done other things to experiment with the conference, like breakfast in the family room. We tried a calendar one year. You know, we try all sorts of things to see what helps people enjoy the conference more. And one of the things I really want to experiment with is pre and post conference because the numbers have changed industry wide since COVID for in person training. And I'm just looking to help and see if we can crack this nut and help everyone understand what does constitute a good in person class these days.
And you know, so we're going to try to help create more apples to apples. So this year one of the things we're doing different than we have in the past is all the one day classes are going to the same price. And that's 277 for the early bird now, 317 later and then if you buy it at the door it's 377. So it's $100 off to get it now. And so we're going to just control the prices of all the one day classes and that's going to give us better apples to apples comparison. When we're looking at data and just learning. So the hotel price is the same, the flight to get there is the same, whichever class they take, et cetera and so on. We can just start seeing what people are valuing in an in person class.
So we're going to be controlling the pricing for that. There's a couple things that Go into that. That really relate to you guys. Number one, the contracts for the one day presenters are going out today. And tomorrow. The two and three day people, you're getting a letter that helps us get your pricing and it's a little bit controlled for the same reasons I just explained, just only slightly. So you'll get to pick your pricing but it's pick from a controlled list. We're really looking to get this. Information to all of us so we can learn and. Give the people what they want. And to the rest of you who are watching this, give you what you want. And now let's talk about how this relates to you. We need your feedback.
So oh, by the way, to those presenters, the sooner you get those contracts back to us, the sooner we can build your page. So we're waiting on you as soon as we get these out the door. So please send them back to us immediately. And that brings me back to the attendees. Those of you who we are advocating for, we need your votes and you vote with your wallet. It's simply that we need you to let us know which classes are worth it and which classes you want to see more of. And the sooner you tell us, the more everyone can invest in those classes. Classes and the marketing and messaging and so that's why we incentivize you. That's why it's cheaper. People want to know why is it cheaper earlier?
It's because we're bribing you because it makes everybody's job easier if you pay sooner. And that is one of the reasons why we have the ramped pricing that we've always had. It's also why we have three months no interest payment plans so we can finance for three months to cut those prices down. And some of you guys might want to be spending this money in 2025 even though you'll enjoy it in 26. Because if you spend in 25, you get to use it for your taxes in 25. So just a thought for some of you there.
But again, whether you're a presenter or an attendee for pre or post conference, again, the room rates are $56 a night, $57 a night, something like that for the Sahara midweek, we really aggressively negotiated those prices down to encourage you guys to take pre and post conference classes because it actually is an important part of getting really good and there's some stuff you just learn better that way. And there's some classes where it's interactive, where you're actually going to make stuff class and you'll do that in person together. For all these reasons, we are encouraging you guys to take pre and post conference classes. So if you get a message from Stephanie in the next 24ish hours, 30 hours or so, end of business tomorrow, please respond as quickly as you can so we can get those pages up for everybody else.
