Hey, everybody, It's Scott from Hypnothoughts Live. And before we get into it, Mrs. Sandland likes the beard, so we're going to stick with it. We're going to keep letting it, you know, do its thing. This is all new part of the Pacific Northwest. But as much as I know we would all like to just sit around and talk about my growing facial hair and the gray within it, I think. I think you'd rather hear about a couple other things. So let me get into those. The first of which is the schedule is live for htlive Live 2026. It is a new layout that we've done that's designed for more searchability, more easily. Well, a couple things. The first thing that the new schedule does, the old schedules will be there.

00:43

The, the layout that we've had like on the printouts, we're going to have those at the conference. And the Whova app, we're going to have those. All that, but not right now. Right now there's a webpage organized by time with all the topics and each one has its own pop out with all the information. It's great. Here's why we're doing it that way for now. The graphic design one that's like the full printed schedule that requires graphic design. So we're at the time of year where people contact us and say, hey, my niece is getting married this week, that weekend, so I have to back out. I'm sorry. I was so excited to present, but I got to be in my niece's wedding.

01:23

And other people reach out and they say, hey, you've got me on Friday at 4 and I turn into a werewolf on that desk, so could I move to. And so it's the time where we have to do the most shuffling and we have to batch process those because it's a graphic design process. But now the way we have it set up, it's just a database thing so we can do it super fast, which means the schedule will be more accurate and updated more frequently until we get to the point where we need to do the graphics, we need to do the Whova app and all those things that we always do and will do, but go check out the app. Also, Scoti, our large language model has been updated with this year's schedule too.

So after you read the descriptions, if you want, you can go ask scout about them and have a little conversation on the website. Cool. There's that. The other thing I want to talk to you guys about briefly is Stephanie's class that she's teaching as part of 365. And there's a few pieces in it. One, it's free to anybody who's in 365. And we decided for this class, the cost of it is free. Just join 365. And that's $26. $26. And it's easy. And in the how to join, there's also how to cancel. We make it very simple for you guys and make it as obvious as possible because we want everyone to be happy and get what they want. This is the way to describe Stephanie's class that I probably should have done in my first video.

02:54

And after conversations with a few of you saying, I can tell you're excited. What the hell are you talking about? Here it is. The good and bad decisions you are making in your career, just like all of us are based on great intentions and the information, perspective, experiences and resources you have at the time you're making those decisions. Right? That's kind of an obvious presupposition we're all using. And what we are seeing is because our industry has minimal mentorship, basically no training standards, no internship processes, for almost any of you, clinical supervision is minimal. It means a lot of you have to learn the hard way. And I understand that because I did. And I also understand the economics of the world right now are really difficult for a lot of you, for a lot of us, for a lot of people.

03:53

And so it's a time where your margin for error is smaller. And so learning the hard way and learning through mistakes is more expensive right now than it used to be. Like when I was learning and believe me, made a lot of mistakes. The cool thing about this class is it's Stephanie sharing with no dog in the fight, just the pros and cons of different things that she's seen work and not work and why some of those things worked and didn't work at all levels of the industry, from private practice to clinician to continuing education units to running multiple conferences to big international names to memberships, you name it, she's done it. And she's seen every conversation of customer service and like I said, knows what has worked and what hasn't worked.

04:46

And so the beauty of this class is it's going to make you a more effective professional because it's not about, like, what rules you need to follow or what software you need to use or what inductions or how many sessions in a protocol. It's none of that. It's not rules, and it's not supposed to. It's insights that help you make better decisions. So here's the way I see it. Stephanie's going to give you more information that you do not currently have. She is going to take the information you have and that information and help interpret it in a new way and then help you apply it to your situation so that you can make better decisions moving forward. That's it. And that's going to cost 26 bucks.

05:37

And it's going to be a couple hours long with a couple other speakers bringing in little pieces like we've done with all the other 365 classes. That's the idea. It is going to be. There will be $26 sentences in this, I promise. That's true. There are $26 sentences in this workshop. So htlive365.com is the website. If you go there, you'll see it, you join, you get in that class. You also get the recordings from my class on AI and Lester Fu's class on social media and you get all the other archives. I'm not going to get into all of it, but it's just a ton, ton of stuff that we want to give you because we want you to make better decisions for your career. So that's what we've got going on. Thanks for watching.

06:25

Like, let me know if you have any questions for Stephanie or any topics you want to cover. Put them in here and Stephanie and I will put them in the growing list of stuff that she's already created for this class. So if you have anything that you'd love to ask Stephanie, ask away, ask me, ask Stephanie. We're compiling those into part of the class already, so cool. Thanks. See you. Bye.
