Have you guys heard about artificial intelligence? I just found out about this and think we should maybe do something with it. Kidding aside. Hey, it's me, Scott Salem from Hypnothoughts Live365, and I'm here to tell you about HTLive365's new project called AI we've been working on it for over nine months. It's the main reason we built 365 was so that we could do this project, or at least it was the driving force. For me, it's something that I see as a huge opportunity to transform the educational landscape for hypnosis forever. And the Roy Hunter bot that we gave you for free was just the beginnings of that. So let me talk to you about what HT Live365's new program, AI plus, is all about, what's in it for you, and how we're structuring everything.

So the first thing you need to know is the idea is very similar to the Roy Hunter bot that you guys have been playing with for free for a few months now. And that is simply this. What if we could take any of the amazing presenters at hypnothoughts Live over the last dozen or so years and build AI systems on each one of them, then take all that information and more and put it in a system so that you can ask it questions, you can listen to the audios, you can find the source material, and you can have conversations with every conference presentation from hypnothoughts Live.

So it's just like you were in the room and raised your hand, but you can do it 24 hours a day, and not just for one talk at a time, but for a person's catalog of presentations that they've ever given. At the conference, you will be able to talk to that person about all of that, plus all the stuff in their YouTube channel, plus all the stuff on their website, plus additional content. It is the digital brain, the digital version of these expert presenters. And here's the great news. We've already built and tested 20 of them with those presenters. And the list we have is so cool. I'm so excited. We're going to launch with about five more of them, and then we're going to be rolling them out somewhere between two and four at a time.

But we've got people like Randy Light and Dan Kandell and Jason Lynette and Ken Guzzo and Shelly Stockwell. And who else? We have Rich Cousy, Karen Hand, just this awesome list of people who have Said they want to be part of this new phase of hypnosis education. And we're rolling this out slowly as part of 365, but as its own special piece in 365. Let's talk about that for a second. The AI program is going to be an additional charge and the reason for that is because it's incredibly expensive to do this right. For those of you guys who don't know, I have 39 awarded patent claims in artificial intelligence. I've been doing AI since before COVID And there are more books, there are more words in books about AI written about me than there are hypnosis books written about me.

I am prolific in this side of artificial empathy systems in AI and I have lectured all over the world on it. I architected a system from scratch so that we could have the highest quality information with the fewest hallucinations and errors in an AI training system. We partnered with a company, a platform. I modified a bunch of the pieces and customized it so that we can have the best quality system possible to give you the best information, answers and content so that we can help more people. Let me be clear on what this is. It is a virtual version of each one of those presenters so that you can ask them questions. And part of the answers will be and here's a link to me talking about it. Here's an example of how I got this information.

And so it will show its work, it will cite its sources and you can dig into those sources as well. It is a research assistant. It is a session prep assistant. The idea of this is not to replace hypnotists. The idea of this is to augment and empower hypnotists to better sooner and faster. And we can do that if we understand how to use AI. Right there. There are going to be people who talk to you about using AI for automation and just taking time away from your day and letting you do easier stuff. That's fine. This, that is just neat. This is a revolution. This is a major change in the way hypnosis can be taught because your follow up questions can be done 24. Your brainstorming can be done 24, 7.

You will be able to interact with each and every one of these bots. So that's going to require a massive outlay of capital from us. Thousands and thousands of dollars have already been spent on this AI system and we lose money every time somebody asks a question. That's okay. I'm so excited about this. I'm so passionate about what we're going to be able to build together and I need to ease you guys into it. And so Roy was the first step of that. And a lot of you been playing with ChatGPT, but I'm telling you guys, the future is right now. And 365's new program AI is going to be an absolute game changer. This is going to be an absolute game changer for hypnosis education because all you have to do is pick a person that you would want to talk to.

Let's choose Rich Guzzi or Randy Light. And you could just say, hey, Carl Smith, you taught this in 2017 at Hypnothoughts Live. I have a question about it, blah, blah. Or I have a question for Carl Smith in general. And that robot says, oh, well, in 2019 I talked about it just like this. Or you could ask Randy Light, how would you approach this? And she, the virtual Randy Light, can synthesize all of her answers, all of her trainings, and give you one complete answer that says, well, in 2017 I taught about it this way, and in 2023 I taught about it on this way. So here's two perspectives from me and my work. And it will give you that information. Show its work, and you can click from the agent, from the bot into that information.

This is not just a chatbot that's looking things up. It is retrieval augmented generation. This is generative AI based on the real work of all these great presenters. We have over 20 signed up right now. I have 60 more outlined. And we are going to reach out to more and more presenters to grow this amazing platform of virtual hypnosis instructors. We are not going to automate, we are going to augment. I am going to help superpower your ability to help people. And that is what this project is going to do. We're going to do it together. And oh, by the way, is she live365? We're going to be putting a lot more work into that to help support all this.

So the AI plus program is an additional cost because it costs us a ton of money to make happen and it's an investment that we want to do right. I'm not going to cut corners. I'm not going to do this the cheap and fast way. The people who know me know I've been working on this for over nine months. I've been architecting it for a long time. And I've been working with the presenters that already have bots for three months when they all got bot. They all got bots the day you guys saw the Roy Hunter bot. So they have been interacting with their bots for over two months. And we are going to train these things up to be excellent, as good as anyone can make them.

And that's my commitment to you, is we will all work together to make these AI agents better than anybody else can make them. And it's going to make you better than you can make yourself at helping your clients. So what this means is HD live365 is still going to be adding more content every month. In fact, in the next month or so I'm going to be putting out an entire course on just learning how to use AI for all of you. And that'll be part of the 365 program in the foundations course or somewhere around there. I'm going to be teaching a couple other courses over the next few months that I already have outlined. That's all going to go into365.

Of course, we will continue to have wonderful education on it all over the place.

Like I said, I'm going to be teaching a whole class on it and there just isn't a substitute for the data set that we have the commitment to excellence that we've proven and the support and trust we have from these presenters to work with them to make sure that their agents are wonderful representations of them and their work. So we will be doing this in a way that is iteratively growing in both scope and quality. And this is the beginning of the hypnosis AI revolution. You saw the beginnings of it, just the beginnings of it. The free Roy Hunter bot that we gave you, which by the way going to remain free.

In fact, we're always going to have one AI bot that will be free and we're going to keep it as Roy for a while, but we'll rotate that so you guys can see some of the other ones. But right now Roy is going to stay free. So if you want to keep playing with that and interacting with it, that's great. But if you want to start seeing the other ones, the Carl Smiths, the Randy Lights, the Rich Guzzi's, the Shelly Stockwells, the Dan Candel's, the Jason Lynettes, the Ken Gutsos, the me, all these agents that we are going to start deploying that we have already built and tested. You're going to get follow up questions that cite their work, that show their sources that help you trust the information, and a feedback system that trains them so they're going to constantly be getting better and smarter and smarter. We're going to work with all of us as a community to crowdsource the improvement of those things. So through reinforcement learning systems that are built into the platform, all of this is going to be done with data privacy front and center GDPR compliant data privacy built into all of this. Because the ethics of this matter, we're going to make this a tool that you can trust. We're going to make this a tool that you can count on.
