Introduction to Laughnosis
Unconditional Laughter is laughter that happens because we decide to laugh rather than waiting for something external to strike us as funny. Laughter Yoga is a well-established practice for nurturing the ability to laugh without dependence on comedy, humor, or jokes.
Laughnosis is what happens when Laughter Yoga meets Hypnosis. It is the antidote to Intense Chronic Seriosity.
The Art of Metaphor and Hypnotic Storytelling
Storytelling and metaphor are important tools for anyone practicing hypnotic changework. In this two-hour class, Master Storyteller James Hazlerig will give examples of hypnotic storytelling as well as guide students through exercises intended to stir creativity and de-mystify the process of creating healing metaphors on the fly.
